what we did:
As a group, we worked to make our prototype into a nearly finalized deliverable. We were able to install a GPS tracker that can communicate with an app on your phone, allowing you to be tracked in case you get lost or someone needs to find you. We also worked to finalize our tests so that Ibrahim could perform them once we gave the go ahead, which we did in class today.
ben:
Installed the GPS system and discussed potentially changing the left flashlight to be a holder for a multi-tool. Since the swipe-activated light comes with its own side light, there’s not really a reason to have this other one. Also, our potential customers may prefer having something that can hold some sort of utility device.
brandon:
Wrote the assignment on Blackboard as well as planning out how they are going to write up the final report. Generally helped to facilitate good communication across the team and ensured everyone was getting their work done.
connor:
Continued to update the website with new and relevant information. Most of the stuff that was done this week was communication and setup, so not a whole lot of pictures or anything to report. Next report is going to be much larger, as we’re going to have the testing videos ready.
ibrahim:
Finalized a list of tests to perform and collected the helmet to then perform said tests.
